ed. note: These entries aren't very good as it's from when I was just getting started. Descriptions are very basic and point to race and gender mostly which is pretty lame in retrospective. Regardless, here's 2014.

• Dude with a pink polo, gelled black hair, a grey scraf twirled between fingers flip flops and skinny jeans.
• A professor approaches talking about a bomb threat on UC's campus. He has a white shirt, brown aviators on his head and grey pants. He is aged. He has a blue and red tie with gold patterns. he has a pair of eyeglasses in his chest pocket. He holds a laptop. Looks around uneasily and sits down with his laptop.
• Next to him is a man with a similar grey mustache. The only difference between these two men is that the one on the left has a faded baseball cap.
• An Indian couple in tradional garb pass by and stop at a table which was alrea dy occupied. The other occupant, a white student with an acer laptop and school papers on the table is not paying attention. He has headphones in, sunglasses on and is looking at something in his lap.
• More than a third of the people walking down main street have phones in their hands.
• A man with a grungy beard and oversized sweater. Hair tied in a ponytail. Slowly Walking. Wrinkled khakis, blue vans.
• A large woman clanking due to the keys and headphones around her neck. She holds an ipad and stack of folders in the crook of her arm/
• A group of students in various black t-shirts enter TUC
• Shouts from a stand selling tickets for sporting events. It's a group of frat-tee-wearing students. Very loud. A girl with high-waisted jeans and red-brown hair apporaches. She bends over the table. She has high-top converse in white. She swings her red backpack over her shoulder and bends down again to finish writing. She adjusts her hair smiles at her friend in pink and leaves
• A girl in a large pink-white sweater and white short shorts. She has mobile hips and hair down to the center of her back. She is of Indian descent, but has leather shoes
• A girl with wide fleece pajama pants with sunflower prints. She has motted hair and a recycled backpack.
• A girl in a tight blue top with tight black pants. Cameron commmented on her lipstick usage. Black flipflops.
• A standard student. Athletic build, red shirt with UC athletic logo. White gym shorts, white socks, black shoes with Nike logo. Pulls out phone.
• An eccentric looking worker. Greying hair with glasses and wire connecting the ends into a necklace. He has brownish pants and brown shoes. His right arm is tattooed and has a watch on his left arm. He has bluetooth in his ear
• A girl in plaid with goggles and a bright teal skirt with large black boots. SHe has rustled black hair and smokes a vape.
• A big rush of students as classes let out at 1:15. Tiedye, keep calm shirts, star wars graphic tess american flag prints, uc shirts, athletic shirts, polos, high school sport shirts croptops, long sleeve shirts untcked., striped shirts, plaid, polka dots.
• A male in a black shirt fitted tucked into tight blue jeans and dressy black shoes. Small build, skinny. Very bright orange backpack on his back. Shaped like a tombstone.
• A girl with a black shirt and bbright read jeans and converse. Mangy blonde hair unintentionally snarling face. UK flag-print backpack.

• 19:12 - I see a girl with a Dubois shirt, pink highlights in her ponytail and a phone in hand. She is walking next to a middle-set weight male who has a black bike under his hand.
• 19:15 - A blonde couple walks by me. The girl is in a thigh-length black dress. She holds a piece of rolled up paper.
• 19:17 - UCLoL is too large
• 19:18 - Two blonde athletic males one in cutoffs. He has beats headphones. He is gesticulating vehemently. His partner is focusing on his own gait.
• 19:26 - An older group of people make old people noises, descriptions of 'nightmares of this campus'
• 19:27 - A male on a longboard rides sideways as his doofus of a partner walks and smiles with him. He talks in idiotic tones. He has white socks and white shoes. He skates forward a few feet and waits for her to wait up.
19:30 - A shirtless male with plaid shorts walks up Main Street. He has blue shoes and an exhausted expression. He hikes up his pants several times. He has a vicious farmer's tan. His beard is beaded with sweat.
• 19:31 - An olive-skinned man with an extendo-stick attached to a smartphone in front of him walks and sings in Arabic(?). He has headphones. I have no idea what he's doing. He's back. I believe he's skyping someone.
• 19:32 - Someone in a Seapine Software shirt walks by. He does not look up. His face is down, looking at his phone.
• 19:33 - An Indian man in a windbreaker, shorts and sandals.
• 19:35 - Two geeky males, one in a kitschy blackshirt with a gregarious design walk past. They describe pizza with flaggelating limbs
• 19:36 - A male with curly black hair walks by me, I look up as he looks down at me. He smiles and nods.
• 19:39 - A group of fast-walking arty folks sing-songily call out to a friend who does a little strut.
• 19:48 - Three asian students walk by slowly, the two girls both carry a backpack and a purse.They look over at a field where some sort of mostly female sport is happening.
• 19:49 - Another couple walks by, disturbed by the loud screaming from the female-led sport
• 19:49 - A professional-looking 30-something male walks by phone in one hand, water bottle in the other. He has a confused, open-mouth expression.
• 19:50 - A medium-set male with curly hair, a striped shirt, khaki shorts, a brown necklace and sandals walks by and checks his phone.
• 19:55 - A girl nervously stalks the stairs of TUC, trying to recruit people to join a bible talk here tomorrow at some point.
• 19:52 - Two male soccer players in dirt and sweat stained shirts walk by carrying soccer balls which they occaisionally dribble. They are talking about their lecture classes.

• I'm talking with people about how to properly survive the third world war by training wild animals into capable bodyguards. Now they are talking about how many ways there are to DO things.
• I'm sitting on a very weakly-supportive couch in the living room. There is low-lighting coming from a couple of strings of red christmas lights and poor lamps. Grindcore and goregrind is playing at comfortable levels from a Window Media Player on the media stand.
• We're back onto the subject of bullet-death and wound size. This one white dude wearing a striped shirt, leaning back his head on the top of the couch across the room is talking about bullet wounds. He has a vape in his left hand.
• His friend is a quiet, but clearly patient black woman with a spacecat tank top. She is listening to his rambling

• Directly in front of me-- white female, blonde-brunette- black headband, arched eyebrows, holding a slab of paper up to her mouth in concentration on her Macbook. Green and black earbuds, twisted in her ears. She has a white shirt with sparkley snow-flake shaped ornaments. At 3-o'clock, I see two asian males and an African-American male. The asian students are working on a project, the black student is on a humor website. A lone female, now joined by a second, looks at her phone. Her friend sits down with a frappachino and pulls out a thin laptop. To my right a stout white femal with a lime-green headband plays on her iphone, while her macbook stands at attention. In the far corner, a white male and an Indian male recline, feet on foot-rests, in cushioned seats, laptops in lap. Behind me, a female, thin, brown hair, older, leafs through a textbook and takes notes. Hum. No digital devices to be seen.
